Colgate strives to build a sense of belonging and provide support to everyone regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. My daughter graduated from Colgate a couple of years ago, and I went to Colgate in the Dark Ages when it was all-male. Today, Colgate is pretty much in the mainstream of gender, racial, and other issues with the usual, but only occasional incident, more likely about race than anything else.
